I wanna make a doll because that's what I'm good at and that's what I love... but I'm so behind on laundry and housekeeping, that it will have to wait. I need like 2 full days to myself to catch up but school doesn't start for what... 3 more weeks? Oh well... in the mean time I can just pour myself into my bff's blog! Nicole is giving away an apron with this cute lil raggedy tucked in the pocket! All you have to do is leave a comment on that post.
For Pimp Stitch this week I did a Little Red Riding Hood series. This was something I originally put together for possibly a rubber stamp set, but that didn't work out, so now it's an embroidery set!
I think you could have a lot of fun with this making the characters into little plushies, or making a baby quilt. Or you could divide the pieces up and do other things with them too! It's really versatile with all of the different pieces!
Part One includes Red, her gramma, the wolf, and few little extras. Part Two has the woodcutter and the most adorable set of 2 cottages as well as a cute little pine tree. I only had time to stitch up a Red, and one cottage, so you'll have to wait to see the rest from me (but there are more pics of these two in my flickr:).
Tamie, Amy and Lauren also have releases coming out tomorrow and I know I CAN NOT WAIT to see what those three genuises came up with :) And finally, we will be putting some of the kits pictured below in a Pimp Stitch etsy shop!! Check the Pimp Stitch Blog for deets :)

Seriously! It is! Amuseapalooza came to town with all of my new Christmas stamp designs! I couldn't be happier with them as a set! For now, I just stamped a few samples so I can show you... but I'm going to be making whole stories and scenes with them. Maybe even a few mini shadow boxes!! So here's some pics of those! You can buy them at your local stamp store, and if you don't have one, there will be a new website where you can purchase them from A Muse, but not for a few weeks :) I'll make a big announcement when that is all ready to go!
So with Christmas in July, I got to meet two very sweet gals! I was over at Stephanie's store, the Paper Garden Boutique, and I met Julie Ebersol, and Tracy Clemente! Julie is exactly like what you would think, full of energy and pep and sas! I took one of her classes with my mom. It was so fun! And nobody called my mom my sister... which was awesome for me FOR ONCE! LOL! I hope you're laughing, mom! And Tracy is the same. She's like the sugar on top! Super sweet! I hope to see her again soon since she doesn't live to far. I helped Stephanie do a make and take at the store during AP, and it was super fun watching people use my stamps. I would do anything for Steph because she is one of the nicest people I have ever met AND on top of being nice, she owns the best store in town... :) Wink Wink!!
Also, if you are local, don't forget Amy will be vending at Renegade this weekend in SF! It's going to be a fabulous show with over 200 vendors!! She's going to be selling some stitch kits for PIMP STITCH, and in the kit is a pattern with one small design from each of us. Mine is this silly lil cupcake. I know it's not off the wall original, but it's still cute. I'm going to head down to SF with Lauren on Sunday and we are stopping in Japan Town, and a few other places along the way. Should be super fun, and I am promising pictures... right here in black and white! LOL!

It's really busy around here! We are getting ready for our huge annual 4th of July party! We are having about 50 people this year, so it should be pretty fun! With all of my business, I didn't have a chance to stitch up my last 2 designs for Pimp Stitch, so Lauren was awesome enough to help me out and get them stitched for me so I could still be a part of the release! THANK YOU LAUREN! I love you!!!
So you can head on over to Pimp Stitch and see the latest releases :) I did one called Space Rocks with an astronaut and an alien, and one called Love and Happiness with a girl that has a rainbow on her head. I can't imagine she has a very tough life with a rainbow following her around all the time :)
Also, Amy will be at Renegade craft fair in San Francisco next weekend. She's taking some kits for Pimp Stitch too. The kit contains fabric, floss, a needle and a pattern page that has one design from each of us. For now you can only get that kit at Renegade, but we may have leftovers later. I did a cupcake for my design on that page.
My bff Nicole has it already (bff perks) and she stitched it on the apron of a doll. SOOOO cute! And she's offering it on her website! (the pimp stitch patterns are for personal use only, but again, bff perks :) Thanks, Nicole for making it look so cute!!!
